Today's Daily Training is an article published this week by the Financial Times that was paraphrased by El Pais. I think it's a great example of why improving your English is a worthwhile endeavor: it means you can go directly to the source instead of relying on a badly translated and misinterpreted version of what was said.
First, some vocabulary:
- stumbling (miss a step and nearly fall)
- staring (looking fixedly at something)
- hapless (unlucky)
- mishaps (unlucky things that happen)
- accident-prone (having more than the average amount of accidents)
- swagger (a way of walking with confidence)
- undemanding (requiring little effort)
- fine-tuning (perfecting)
- feeble (weak)
